To encourage career development, professional satisfaction, and excellence in graduate medical education among WashU School of Medicine Program Administrators, Coordinators, and Managers. To implement ways that allow collaboration of knowledge and resources among the cohort and to educate program leadership on the vital role of the program administration within all training programs.
