Meal Card FAQS:
GME Meal Cards can be used at BJC cafeterias only (BJH Plaza Cafe, BJH Parkview Café, Barnes St. Peters, Barnes West County, Missouri Baptist, Progress West, St. Louis Children’s, Christian, SLCH Specialty Care Center). Cards are not eligible at: WashU Shell Café, WashU Farmstead Café, Chick-fil-A, Kaldi’s, Starbucks.
Card balances can be seen by the cashier while checking out. Some café receipts may show balance.
Meal Card funds are loaded on July 1 of each academic year and again on January 1. Funds will roll over from December 31 to January 1.
Meal Card funds zero-out on June 30 and do not roll over to the new academic year.
For lost GME Meal Cards, please email gme@wustl.edu. Replacement & new cards are ordered on the first Monday of each month and can take up to 3 weeks to receive once ordered. GME will not reimburse for purchases made during the wait time of replacement.
